​Heidi 

Heidi is Dr. John Orthodontics' Clinical Leader and has been an Orthodontic Assistant in the practice for over 40 years. She has a vast knowledge in Roth William's orthodontic treatment philosophy. Heidi enjoys exploring, traveling, gardening, and being creative. You'll never meet someone as efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and witty in our practice, as Heidi. 

Chris 

Chris is Dr. John Orthodontics' Treatment Coordinator and has been with the practice for over 17 years. Chris enjoys spending time with family, friends, and watching her children participate in various sports. She also loves camping and skiing when she gets the opportunity. Chris is the mom and heart of the practice, whether it's due to her listening ear or her ability to cheer you on, you can always count on her for support. 

Cassandra

Cassie is the Clinical Director and has been with Dr. John Orthodontics as an assistant since January 2019. She enjoys beaches and kayaking. She loves being a mom and spending time with her friends and family. Cassie is the Queen of Efficiency and is always looking for better, faster, easier, and more convenient ways to get a job done. 

Katrina

Katrina is Dr. John Orthodontics' Lab Technician and is an integral part of keeping our practice moving efficiently. She has been with the practice since January of 2019. Katrina does Volleyball leagues for fun and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters in Northern Michigan. Katrina is the most easy going, go with the flow, artfully skilled girl, making her the perfect woman for running our lab. 

Susie

Susie is Dr. John Orthodontics' Patient Coordinator and joined the practice in October of 2020. Susie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, or just relaxing with a movie at home with her boys. Susie is one of the friendly faces that will greet you at the door with her gracious smile and endearing heart. 

​LAURIE

Laurie is the Dr. John Orthodontics' Executive Assistant. She joined the team in October of 2019. Laurie is the "go-getter" of the office and is always on the run. Her specialty is spoiling her animals, grandsons, son, and us. We are so blessed to have her on the team! 

Brittany

​Brittany is the Financial and Insurance Director for Dr. John Orthodontics and has been with the practice since February 2021. She enjoys gardening, golfing, spending time with her horses, and loves visiting Florida every chance she gets. Brittany is so intelligent, driven, & focus, which are key opponents to keeping our office running smooth and efficiently. 

Josie

Josie has been a Clinical Assistant at Dr. John Orthodontics since October 2022. Josie loves creating music, going shopping, and spending time with friends. She also plays piano and enjoys going to music festivals and concerts for fun. Josie is the sweetest and most empathetic girl in the office, and for that, we can't help but love her.

Alex

Alex joined Dr. John Orthodontics in February 2024 as a Clinical Assistant. She enjoys summer activities with her family such as bike riding, going to Higgins Lake, and cookouts with her parents. During off seasons, she loves visiting indoor waterparks, doing fall color tours, and seeing the Christmas lights with her kids, but Halloween is her favorite holiday. Alex's contagious laugh brings so much fun and joy to everyone who enters the practice. 

Nikki

Nikki is the Administrative Director and Dental Monitoring Coordinator for Dr. John's Orthodontics, working remotely since March 2024. She enjoys being with her kids and husband, camping, traveling, learning about and meeting new people, telling them how much Jesus loves them.  She also loves that she can work from home as she provides her children with great Homeschool educations. Nikki started as a Clinical Assistant with Dr. John in 2018 and moved to Administration, making her the perfect fit to manage and integrate Dental Monitoring within our practice. 

Aundrea

Aundrea started with us in May of 2024 as a Clinical Assistant. She loves spending time with her friends and family when she's not working. Her favorite thing to do her family, is trail riding their side by side in the U.P.  Aundrea's patience and chair side care makes her a perfect fit for our clinic as an assistant. 

Cristen

Cristen joined our Dr. John Orthodontics team in July of 2024 as a Treatment Coordinator. She loves nothing more than being out on the water, whether boating or just soaking up the sun. When she's not at work, you can find her hanging out with her husband, her 3 kids, and her friends. Cristen's favorite part of her job is getting patients pumped about their smile journey and creating lasting bonds.
